Research datasets are used solely for the agreed analysis and are not shared, published, or reused without your consent.

Information is only shared with the specific practitioner, tutor, or analyst assigned to your case, or with payment processors as needed to confirm a transaction. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention & security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your information secure, and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Files related to research analysis are deleted after an agreed retention period.

Minors

Some of our services (such as O Level and A Level tutoring) may involve students under 18. Where this is the case, we expect a parent or guardian to be aware of and consent to enrollment, and we will direct billing and scheduling communication to the responsible adult wherever possible.
