Sehar Waheed's work sits at the intersection of clinical care and community — years spent not just in the therapy room, but building the wellbeing infrastructure around it, from campus counseling programs to crisis-response training.

A Gold Medalist in her B.S. in Psychology from COMSATS University, she went on to complete an M.S. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Central Punjab. She currently serves as Clinical Psychologist / Clinical Counsellor at the Happiness Center, University of Management and Technology (UMT), where she provides individual counseling, designs campus wellbeing programming, and helped establish a formal referral partnership between UMT and Bright Therapeutic Center to widen students' access to care.

Her clinical background includes campus counseling and research work at the University of Central Punjab, and supervised addiction-treatment experience at Focus Rehab. She also teaches as a visiting lecturer in psychology at COMSATS, FAST, and Lahore Leads University, and is a Member of the American Psychological Association.
