Muhammad Sohail

Muhammad Sohail believes therapy works best when it's collaborative — a space to think things through, not a lecture. That principle shapes how he works, whether he's in a session, in front of a classroom, or building The Psychology Square itself.

He holds an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Punjab and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Peshawar, and currently works as a lecturer of psychology at Rashid Latif Khan University (RLKU) in Lahore. His clinical training spans hospital, disability-care, and addiction-treatment settings — including Services Hospital, the Lahore Institute of Special Care and Attention, and Ehsas Clinic's addiction and psychological treatment program.

Alongside clinical work, Muhammad is an active researcher, with published work and conference presentations on ADHD, autism, emotion regulation, and substance use disorders. He founded The Psychology Square in 2019, and remains a Member of the American Psychological Association.
